      Pros

      Relationship in-between Own department is good. Been paid reasonable.

      Cons

      Other departments will have more concerns and get disturb by them. Unless you already understand the job, then they will let you try the role, if not will never been promoted.

      Venkat is the owner and always has his employees backs. He takes personal care of people who work for him. He finds new ways to help I. Whatever situation you might find yourself. And he is always trying to help people grow in their trade.

      Working in a highly demanding service industry.

      Pros

      Very interesting field and technical challenges. The technical staff was extremely competent and overall the team had a great "whatever it takes" attitude.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a lot in the last year and the directors and management should have been able to recognize this. In fact, the whole business model needed to be readdressed sooner.
