      Incredible opportunity with a great team

      Pros

      There are unlimited opportunities as the company just raised it's $7.5M seed round backed by Microsoft and has a ton of ground to cover on both the business and engineering sides of the business. I'm able to take on new tasks that never would have been possible at my last company (~1800 employees). The growth potential is insane and the company has a lot of room for expansion! Mermaid Chart is also fully remote.

      Cons

      This is a con for some, but a positive for me since I like this kind of stuff. The company is very small and is a startup. The work is extremely varied and the pace is fast. No one day will look the exact same as the previous day!

      Pros

      This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in an exciting fast paced startup environment. Leadership is incredibly encouraging of personal professional growth and the team is super passionate and supportive. I have taken on projects that I would not have tackled before and succeeded in large part due to this fantastic team!

      Cons

      The only partial downside in my opinion is the exclusively remote work environment. However, this has been more than made up for by the occasional onsite, which has been a great opportunity to collaborate in person with teammates from around the globe!
