      Great place to work, good teamwork and superb staff. Really understand the injection molding business and how to grow profit and develop employees

      Pros

      My favorite reasons are because it's hands on work, love my coworkers, willing to work with your needs and wants the best they can when it comes to your schedule, great benefits, and you get noticed for working hard and trying your absolute best.

      Cons

      These arent necessairly cons for me in particular but for others, some of the challenges may include physical labor for some people, it can be fast paced, but there are slower machines and positions, and some may find the pay as too little.
