Opportunity to work with varying levels of staff, event access, gym access, room for growth, independent freedom to include ideas and lead projects, salary positions for jobs often paid hourly in industry. Family-centric and work/life balance is very accommodating.

Cons

Not really a con but the place is go-go-go, so be prepared to be able to pivot and shift as the clubs goals, events and seasons change.

Great perks, good atmosphere, top of the game. Employee parking garage.

Cons

Members expect a lot and you’ve got to always be on. Not much of a con, but just a high standard. Lots of compartmentalization that bottle necks initiative.
