I have a good manager but it does not meant that your colleague is good.

Cons

Probably worst HR department, because HR always mentioned, “ depend on your HOD”. So what’s the objective of policy from HR ? No Standard ?

Happy and easy stuff to work under NSK. I had a great Manager and HOD, so I am so lucky.
