      Pros

      We are very busy most all of the time. The work day passes quickly because there is very little or no down time. Day to day duties and responsibilities change so I am not bored. Owner driven to success by drive to win new contracts.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for time off. If you do take vacation most likely someone from the office will call you so you can help them with issue.

      The good thing is the upper management is so lazy and doesn't care about you that in general they never know what you are doing.

      Cons

      You are only on their payroll for a few years at max, so they care less about you and it really shows: Horrendous pay No raises despite promises Got gov contract just because female minority - sad but true Very little vacation

      Pros

      Some of my coworkers were ok. Others were the most lazy I have ever seen.

      Cons

      Only 2 weeks combined sick and vacation. Union members made well over what professionals did. Harassment and bullying went unaddressed.
