      Innovative autonomy within the squads allows for a lot of innovation Company culture is fantastic! A lot of respect for good work/life balance Flexible PTO I'm surprised just how friendly literally everybody is!

      Cons

      There are challenges with the technology as it evolves, but good problems to solve
