-Quality, innovative products -Job security with most positions -Great co-workers -Business seems to be trending in the positive direction
Cons
-Micromanaging from company owner -Closed-minded company owner -Company owner thinks every task is a snap -Company owner thinks their product is infallible and if something doesn't look as good as it should it's the fault of the person working with the software -Pay is not very good -10 hour work days with no overtime (salary positions) -Small company, so you end up working 4 different positions while getting paid for 1 -Business seems to be trending up, but the company isn't centered around the employees. It's centered around making money by whatever means necessary.
