- Layed back atmosphere, where you are not micromanaged as long as you complete tasks on time. - Small but very knowledgeable and close-knit team of professionals. - Plenty of unique challenges to gain skills in diverse areas of expertise - Open to different technology sets and adapting to what works best

Pros
the owners and management are knowledgable and experienced. working there for the three years i did gave me an incredible foundation for my career. they gave me a shot right out of college and i'll forever be grateful. the negative reviewers below are odd...it always felt like working with friends and family. Their clients love them and are very loyal and i think that speaks to how hard everyone works there.
Cons
Lots of projects and clients can burn you out. i'm glad i work on the client side now as life is much simpler :) I still keep in touch with the old gang.
