      The company and staff are like a family. Very flexible with schedules and very willing to help you advance your skillsets.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. The owner is very involved and nice to work with. This is a great company to work for with potential to grow. I enjoy our annual team gatherings with the new team members and the old.

      Cons

      I still struggle with time tracking. This is not a fault of the company but myself. It's important to track time especially when working on billable projects.

      We work with a great team of people who all come together to get the job done. Everyone is helpful and hardworking. It is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload can get very busy but everyone is willing to help out when needed.
