      Pros

      The people here make everything better. The team is smart, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. The work itself is fast and creative, every project feels like it actually matters, and there’s always space to bring new ideas to the table. It’s the kind of job that keeps you thinking and growing.

      Cons

      There’s definitely a lot going on — it’s a high-output environment, and sometimes it feels like you’re juggling ten things at once. Also, it can be hard to slow down and take a breath when things are moving quickly (but that also means you’re never bored). :-)

      Pros

      Octus is an insanely high-performing company that has been changing the game since its founding. Can it be challenging to work here? Yes. Can it be challenging to work at any growth company? Also yes. Achieving what Octus has achieved does not come easy. Full stop. It takes commitment, hard work, and — yes — sometimes work/life balance compromise. But Octus continues to inspire me daily — the products and the people. Reading some the negative reviews on Glassdoor, one must ask themself: If Octus is as bad as some reviewers claim, how is it so successful? Our success is not accidental, just as our culture is not broken. Thank you, Octus, for being a great place to work.
