      Pros

      Kids are great. The location is really nice and really different from most tutoring facilities. Very high end and nice to be in. I enjoyed working with my coworkers and my managers.

      Hard to think of, but maybe the scheduling changing. but it's never been a problem for me

      Pros

      Management was flexible with scheduling me and there were always lots of hours available to tutors. Once you learn the flow of how everything works, you have autonomy and the work becomes smooth and enjoyable. Loved the office in Newport Beach and loved my coworkers.

      Cons

      Wanted full time, but wasn't an option within the hours I wanted (9-5)
