Business outlook
Pros
Respectful of work/life balance. Not expected to work outside of working hours (bare minimum). Benefits were generally pretty good. Decent profit sharing and 401k match. Great place to start a career but be ready to move on when you feel you want to move up or be compensated fairly.
Cons
Little opportunities for advancement beyond entry level and not communicative about opportunities when they arise. Will "promote" from entry level positions in order to underpay and back fill other positions. Inconsistent WFH policy. Some people are allowed to WFH full time. Others are required in office 3 days a week.
