      Pros

      I have worked surrounded by very talented workers. It is a small company but capable of doing great things. This is only possible with a great commitment and a good atmosphere.

      Cons

      There are not many meeting rooms in the office and the team is getting bigger every time. Fortunately, they are already looking for a new work space.

      Pros

      If you want to grow in a professional environment that challenges and supports your career, you should consider Opticks. From the beginning. I have received a lot of trust and freedom, which has allowed me to evolve much faster than in any other larger company. The managing team is very supportive and gives clear and constructive feedback.

      Cons

      Opticks is based in Barcelona and the majority of the team is Catalan, which means it can be difficult to fully integrate if you're not fluent in Spanish and/or Catalan.

      Pros

      Some nice people work there.

      Cons

      Zero structure. Zero culture. Nobody really knows what they're doing, certainly not the managers which leads to no motivation within the team. I never thought I would witness such incompetence within a company.
