Once a great company with great leaders, it was destroyed with bad leadership

Pros
In the beginning, this was one of the best places I've ever had to work. Great leadership, great clients, great fellow employees. We were truly a like a family. The parent company took notice of the success and promoted the senior leadership to new roles in sister companies. The parent company and sister companies were a pleasure to work with. For the first half of my career at Optima was one of the best I've ever had and remember it regularly with great fondness
Cons
The new leadership that came in were inexperienced former sales people with no idea how to run a company. Lost so many clients. Management didn't know how to talk to their employees, clients, each other. Wish the parent company took earlier notice of the employee satisfaction results and company numbers. When clients tell you that they no longer want to speak to your senior leaders, there is a problem.
