      Orca is a fantastic place for anyone looking to work with top-tier talent. The people are incredibly strong technically and personally, and there is a genuine 'good vibes' attitude throughout the office. The product is genuinely interesting and solves complex problems in the cloud security space. It’s a fast-paced environment where you feel like you’re at the cutting edge.

      Cons

      The market competition with Wiz is intense; while Orca has found its footing and is in a much stronger position now, the pressure is felt. Career growth isn't handed to you—you really need to advocate for your own promotions and push for advancement. Also, the company can pivot or change directions quickly, which might be a challenge if you prefer long-term stability over agility.
