Very relaxed, family type atmosphere. Both the Directors and Staff are very friendly, willing to share their knowledge and experience with new commers. Clean and fresh. Our trainer, the STAR salesman, though may seem a bit "gruff" at times, is the best! He will take great pains to fully explain the job and let us develop to very close to perfection. The Floor Manager is another trainer, mentor and coach, always approachable and very knowledgeable of all aspects of the job and the company! I give this company 100 stars!

Cons

In the short time that I was with them, STRICKLY DUE TO MY OWN DOING, I found no cons with this company nor its directors or staff.
