      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Oregon Mutual, the people were especially pleasant and my team was well organized and full of hard workers. Working with other employees was a joy and I felt well respected and well liked by my colleagues and team members.

      Cons

      There was a lot of uncertainty moving into the future for the company, so it was a tough time, but it's just company changes which happens everywhere.

      - Opportunity to impact the company in a meaningful way - Limited layers of bureaucracy - Family feeling that appears to have been lost at the large national carriers - Company actually cares about trying to be there for customers and service agents, rather than just the bottom line - Work-life balance is good

      Cons

      - Promotional opportunities are few, partly because there are less managers etc. than you would find at a large firm - Technology is rather outdated
