      Very favorable work environment, operations require improvements.

      Pros

      I find the work environment very favorable; I was welcomed warmly and provided with all the tools necessary for my job. Although the organizational chart is traditional, in practice, interactions are quite horizontal.

      Cons

      On the downside, I find operations to be somewhat disorganized, with a lot of fragmentation regarding technological solutions; I believe there is significant room for improvement in the structure.
