All managers are great to work for. Pangolin makes a great work environment where everyone’s opinion is welcomed and encouraged. They’re supportive of each individual’s growth in and outside of the company, and have many opportunities to excel and learn. We enjoy team lunches every week and have quarterly team activities.
Cons
One con, is that there’s not as many parking spaces available for everyone! And a cherry on top is if they had a 401k set up (maybe in the future?)
