Great team-building experiences, very lineal communication, not a lot of bureaucracy, very good environment to work and build a career.
Cons
Salaries could be better, or at least have more opportunities to grow inside the company.

Manager is on your side to do a great job. Freedom to get the projects done and sometimes travel to help get the customers to understand the products.
Cons
You have to be organized to handle all of the over 70+ clients you will manage.
