The company should work on the financial part like EPF, GRATUITY AND RETIREMENT BENEFITS which I feel will be implemented soon

1. Salary on time 2. Work to life balance 3. Yearly increment (In my case I joined the company in the mid of the year and though I got my salary incremented at the end of the financial year.) 4. Team outing policy. 5. Supportive administration.

Pcs Infinity is a great place for work. The best part of this company is if you have new idea then there'll no limitations to implement the idea. Management & Managers head are very supportive & very friendly environment.
