- Great staff and culture - Never had any issues or clashes with management - Abundance of knowledge given in a short period of time, good training programmes - Referral and commission opportunities for extra revenue depending on your job role - Good hiring process, communication kept consistently with follow ups

Cons

- High pressure KPIs and expectations which can get to be alot, but if you can work under pressure you will be fine - Not a whole lot of options for WFH or remote work

Working at this company has been a very positive experience for my professional growth. The environment is collaborative, dynamic, and offers great learning opportunities. I would especially like to highlight the excellent work of the Finance Director, who consistently demonstrates strong leadership, professionalism, and genuine support for the team on a daily basis.
