Great company with effect regional support. You even get visits from the justice director.

Very supportive company, yearly pay rises. Working in prisons can be tough and the new contract is challenging. However mangers, Ops managers and the Directors for PES are so supportive. We have resources provided for us to adapt and use. Its great
