The company gives you opportunity to grow laterally. You can move to another department if you feel you would do better there and clear interviews accordingly. Great place to work, very respectful environment. But also strict when it comes to risk and compliance policies

The work culture is good and friendly. Supervisors were easy to get along. Decent was ok and no extra hours. Good learning and the overall experience with the this employer is positive.
