Pay can be better but it is compensated by the flexibility and great culture!

Pexip is is young company with great products, brilliant people and amazing culture!

There are a lot of systems in Pexip but once you’re up to speed, they’re pretty manageable and easy to use

Excellent global company events at headquarters, with opportunities to meet colleagues from across the world. Very friendly and collaborative culture - people are genuinely willing to help when you’re stuck. Strong sense of community across teams and locations. Modern, well-designed office with beautiful views and great on-site food. Good opportunities to explore side projects and learn beyond core responsibilities.
