Pros

One of the main reasons I joined Pipedrive was the team spirit and culture. The environment is supportive, collaborative, driven and growth-oriented. From day one, my managers were genuinely invested in helping me succeed, taking the time to provide guidance, support, and opportunities to grow. Even though the company has grown over the years, it has maintained much of its startup mentality, which was exactly what I was looking for. The work is dynamic, with new challenges and opportunities constantly emerging, so it's never boring. There is always something new to tackle, improve or build. The company continues to evolve and adapt, and for me, that constant change is a major positive - it creates opportunities to learn, contribute and make an impact. Continuous learning is another major highlight for me. Even after more than a year at Pipedrive, I still feel like I'm learning and growing every day. There are plenty of formal learning resources available, but some of the most valuable learning happens through daily work, collaboration and knowledge sharing with talented colleagues across the company. The opportunities to learn are virtually endless - the only real limitation is finding the time to take advantage of them all. PS! I also thought the UCAT test was a smart addition to the hiring process. For anyone applying, my best advice is to get some rest and bring your full focus. There isn't really a way to "study" for it - it tests how you think and solve problems in the moment, so having your A-game with you definitely helps.

Cons

If I had to mention one, it would be the pace of change (for some, at least). Given the rapidly evolving business environment (particularly with the rise of AI), Pipedrive moves and adapts quickly. Priorities can shift, and teams are expected to stay flexible and embrace change. This may not be the right fit for everyone, but personally, I see it as a positive because it creates opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. For people like me who thrive in a fast-moving environment and embrace change, Pipedrive is a great place to work.

Pros

I can’t recommend Pipedrive enough! I started my journey here as a Support Agent and have since grown into a Quality Specialist role. One of the best things about working here is that I’ve always felt truly heard and valued, regardless of my position. The people culture truly makes a difference. With all the events the company offers, ir's easy to build genuine connections and meet teammates from across the organization.

Cons

Rapid growth & pace - things change too fast but I believe this is normal in a tech company!
