Accommodating work schedules, very supportive of remote work, excellent internal communication. Dedicated to long-term employment.

Cons

Committed to high work quality and client satisfaction, so expectations of time (though flexible), are definitely not of the 9-to-5 variety.

Flexible schedules, good communication, and feedback is regularly given. Criticism is constructive and helps everyone do their best work.

Cons

I was suddenly terminated for the reason that the company's sales were slowing down. I was not even given prior notice; they just removed my access to all the tools we used and sent a notice of termination through email. I understand that the company might not be doing good financially, but I would have appreciated at least advance notice that I was being considered for termination due to the financial circumstances of the company.

Flexible work hours, great benefits, personally love everyone at the company.

Cons

They overwork us & do not give 100% 'time off' for the salary employees. I work well over 60 hours a week and always get contacted when on PTO.
