Benefits. Work culture. Upward mobility. Dignified management style. Building confidence. Hard work is valued. People are respectful and care about one another.

Cons

It’s the film industry. Our job is to work with some of the most vile, corrosive televised media content I’ve ever seen in my life. Disney is the satanic government of media, and being an employee under them is a humiliating experience if you care about your work.

I liked the job and the people and my co workers and the facility and the benefits and the shows I worked on.

Cons

bonuses instead of raise and the location was out of the way because we lost the best location in Hollywood .
