      Pros

      Pop! Promos has been the best experience. I came from place that was truly awful to work at and have been blown away by how incredible this place is. My coworkers are incredible people, the bosses communicate well and show appreciation for hard work, and the company outlook is great. The home/work life balance is great (work from home two days a week) and they support you in everything you do. They hire from within the company as they have grown and are always communicating decisions that they make. You are promoted after 9-12 months as a sales support and the entire process is transparent. I did not think it was possible to have such a positive experience at work. P.S. the office is dog friendly with snacks and drinks available 24/7!!

      Cons

      It is a fast work environment at times so it takes a certain type of personality to deal with it. Personally, I love it but that may be a con for some people.

      Pros

      The company is growing quickly, hiring ambitious and smart people to join the team. It's also investing in formal leadership training for employees to help promote managers from within the company. The work is creative as we create branded merchandise for 300 of the fortune 500.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly (currently about 50 PPL in Philadelphia) so we're often shorthanded in terms of staff as we onboard new team members. The standards for work quality are high and can feel demanding.
