      Great work environment, wonderful co-workers, company really cares for their employees.

      As long as you work hard and work well in a group setting you will love it here!

      What's not to love!!!

      Pros

      Working together with team members who really want our clients to be successful. We all are owners or future owners. Town hall meetings monthly to talk about events, look at the company wigs and to celebrate wins. Weekly GGOB meeting to keep us updated on the company financials. A management team that cares about everyone and their success with the company. The perks for those willing to work hard are endless.

      Cons

      There are not really any cons that stick out. There are still people that are only want a paycheck and are not passionate about the work they do. These people tend to not stick around.

      BEST EMPLOYER EVER

      Pros

      Well where do I start? Starting as an employee to a "owner" is absolutely amazing! PV offers so many positive experiences! This job has truly changed my life! The family events, flex time, town hall lunches, hoal (heart of a leader), on going training, and the team atmosphere are just a few of them! PV strives to bring work life balance to all owners while maintaining our client focused attitude! I will admit while on my first week of employment I was hesitating if this was the company for me, by the beginning of the second week I knew I would not be able to leave! PV has truly given me the opportunity to be a better person and opened my eyes to a new way of life! The open concept and the team aspect is what makes PV stand out!

      Cons

      While the benefits of PV are fantastic there is only one con I can personally even say. That is the health benefits. I believe that to truly make PV an exceptional employer a new health package is needed. Having to pay for daycare and health insurance together for single parents is like working for free all the time. Now I understand this is most companies however PV is not just most companies! we are a team of awesome owners! I believe that having healthy owners and a healthy family is key.

Health insurance is definitely a challenge for many companies - we strive to be competitive and balance the cost for our employee owners and the business.
