      A great place to work with flexibility and above market pay

      Pros

      The office is fantastic. Pay is good for someone with less experience. Lots of flexibility on how to work (depends on season and also the team). Lots of learning opportunities in software side.

      Cons

      The product is outdated but still has lots of features. Not many people to train and lack of experienced staff to give you time. Slow increments.
