      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that cares as much for their employees. There is always something fun happening at PTG and my co workers all get along with one another. The workload can get out of control at times but the management team try to provide support when it happens.

      Cons

      While its been getting better, sales can dump last minute jobs in our laps and we are left to scramble and rush to make things work. We are held accountable regardless of the rush.

      PTG is very well rounded with its employees and customers. Being NIMBLE is the core value of PTG and what makes it so unique and valuable. I love being an employee.

      Cons

      At this time there are no cons that I can think of. Every company has cons, but PTGs pros out way the cons.

      -Supportive leadership team that believes and lives the company values. -Small company culture. It really feels like a family. Since it's small there are ample opportunities to get to know everyone. -Small company culture also provides opportunities to try new things and get directly involved in important initiatives that are driving positive change. -The company has made huge strides over the last year by revamping the culture and company objectives and goals. I couldn't be more excited to be a part of the change. -I work in an involved, collaborative team that underdstands the strengths and weaknesses of each team member. We work so well together, I look forward to coming in every day because I love my team. -The people! -A culture of transparency.

      Cons

      -We could use more team members to help lighten the work loads of others.
