Good benefits, people that care, ability to make real contributions, other benefits of working for a small company connected to a larger network

Cons

No HR directly working for company, same pains of working for other small companies, not a lot of room for growth opportunities

Excellent 401k plan...6% full match, plus they put in 3% for free. You put in 6%, they put in 9% = 15%. Good work environment overall. Annual Summer conference is a nice work perk (typically a 3 day work-cation). Small company, but you are a part of Farm Credit Services which is a huge operation and gives further career opportunities.

Cons

Pay is slightly below market. Smaller company that has some limited advancement opportunities.
