      Pros

      Work-life balance, good pay, friendly coworkers, easy EMR, 30-minute minimum visits with patients as a provider (modified to an hour as needed for more extensive visits). Proactive encourages us to spend time time with patients & focus on the quality of our care.

      Hours not guaranteed (obviously because it is a PRN position)

      Pros

      I think the compensation and benefits are very competitive and I work with great people. The mission and values of the company are front and center and the leadership seems to genuinely endorse them. There is an aspiration to innovate and lead transformative change in the healthcare industry. With significant growth, there is long-term opportunity for career advancement.

      Cons

      As a growing company, there is a ton of change and sometimes communication is not clear as to why or what to expect. The company is decentralized with many small health centers across the country and corporate employees scattered, so it can be easy to feel isolated or forgotten. There has been significant turnover in the senior management over the last 12 months.
