Even if you finished early, they still paid you for the full 8 hours.

Cons

Equipment and supplies were in low supply/quality. Vans were old and worn down.

New industry with a good career path. Flexible schedule, competitive pay, benefits such as paid time off, and a great staff.

Cons

Workload can feel overwhelmeing but it's good challenge. It's a seven day work week so most likely everyone works on the weekends
