      Pros

      Super people and the type of environment we all want! People really care about both the staff and business success. Clients are treated with high priority to improve the prospects for both the company and the staff going forward, which is a very good approach to business

      Cons

      Progression can require patience but that should be expected of any company like this and it is not unreasonable to expect the same at many great companies for most people, where patience truly is a virtue
