      1. Working content is excited. It offers me freedom and space to involve my ideas into work and provides me many learning opportunities. 2. Multi-national and cultural working environment inspires me to brain-storming with colleagues.

      Cons

      As cross-national company, the face-face communication is restricted a bit due to geographical limitation and time zone, but overall, it's exciting to work with so many lovely colleagues from different language and cultural backgrounds!

      QIAGEN is a challenging (in a positive way) organization with a good vision of Making Improvement in Life Possible. It shape who we are and how we work towards the same goal. Being with QIAGEN for more than 10 years, i have seen QIAGEN grow and changes in many way - An Agile and Flexible organization

      A growing organization which we learn from challenges and change according to market expectation/trends/needs, therefore, embracing changes and keeping up with them is important.
