Pros
Extremely transparent, I’ve never received this much information on my job or for my job before. It allows me to sink or swim based on my own development, understanding and experience.
Cons
I’m still learning them as a company, I had a crash course jumpstart to my position. So, currently the only thing I can speak on was MY training experience, it consisted of an abundance of extremely long Zoom calls (too many to even recall the count). I think MY crash course training was lackluster because I am a tangible leaner, I learn best when I am applying the tools. But I would like to add that due to MY training experience, I sought out every document I could find that would be needed in my position. I sought out every job aid I could find that would be needed in my position. So, MY learning curve helped me to take the initiative in MY training outcome. And, I also have several helpful Coaches that I could refer to for guidance!
