1. The manager and management team is open for improvement suggestions and proposals. 2. The company always like to grow the talents within the company. 3. The opportunities for career not limited to what you are doing now, but what you are good at. 4. Good team work and very rarely to have politics within the office.

1. Higher expectations for experienced personnel. 2. Dynamic environment if you always ready for challenges which make you grow.

Cons
Located in industry park. Waiting time for public transport is longer during off peak hours. People who drive is ok.
