Pros

Good mix of autonomy, collaboration, and impact. In my role, I’ve been trusted to build and lead the Customer Success function with real ownership. The team is sharp, and there’s a healthy level of transparency across departments. It’s a place where you can move things forward and see the results of your work. Culture-wise, people are super nice and approachable.

Cons

Like any growing company, not everything is perfectly structured though we are slowly getting there

The team is collaborative and supportive, creating a welcoming work culture. Opportunities for professional development and growth. Clear HR processes and good onboarding experience. Management is generally approachable and open to feedback.

Cons

As is often the case in startups, some processes are not yet fully structured. This can sometimes create a sense of disorder — but it also allows for flexibility and initiative.
