Cons

Fast-paced environment can be demanding at times. Processes are still evolving as the company grows.

Best company I've worked with so far!

Pros

- Big on remote working culture - Flexible working and self-time arrangement - No micro-management - Growing rapidly and steadily in the APAC region - Opportunity to work from anywhere in the world with some adjustment - Global company with global presence and multicultural colleagues - Support is just a Teams call away - Company perks includes coverage like gym/healthcare membership, phone & internet bills, work/business travel including overseas travel - Reasonable salary & comm structure (a little bit leaning towards the lower bracket) - Relex customers really love us and the value we bring them for their business with NPS score of 62 when industry's average is only 40

Cons

I have no Cons so far due to my time with the company still less than a year. The only one I can think of right now is a more competitive salary could be good amongst other good things already happening with Relex. There are still a lot of people in Australia doing the same role for higher salary & commission.

Growing very fast organically, and through acquisition. It is important to onboard new members quickly, and ensure they become part of the team as quickly as possible.
