From the first contact in a screening call (with Sabine) through to the subsequent interviews with the hiring team and head of global marketing, my experience with RIB has been a story of professionalism and respect. Everyone I've encountered so far has been personable and positively curious - I have felt less judgement, more appreciation! It's easy to imagine being a tiny cog in a giant machine working for such a large company, but I genuinely feel seen and heard before I've even started.
