      Good social side, friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Very low pay for the industry if you have no university degree (seems to be higher valued than any experience), little room to progress up the ladder and more common for extra responsibility to be given with no compensation or thanks

      Appetite to be better, do more Flexible, Agile Embraces technology Forward thinking Grow mentality rather than Consolidate Committed to the region, stakeholders, suppliers and clients alike

      Cons

      None so far. In my short time at RL360, it has been like a breath of fresh air, after 9 years with another local company with a more swiss outlook. Rather than pick the battles it can win (like local competitors) RL360 is actively looking to grow its business, develop less well performing regions rather than withdraw and look to enhance its product suite to provide more relevant and attractive solutions for the international client space. In short, RL360 are truly committed to the international market, with a firm base established and to be maintained for the foreseeable future, from the isle of man.

      Working for the Best Offshore Life Company

      Pros

      We are one of the fastest growing offshore life companies over the last 7 years. We have delivered on strategy, grew organically and by acquisition, launched new products, and entered new markets. As an employee there is not much more you could ask for in terms of challenge; being part of an ever growing business presents significant opportunities to develop and push yourself. The balance of benefits is on par with competitors, and staff turnover is relatively low, with those that do leave frequently coming back. I have no issue with recommending RL360° to friends and family and have done so on a number of occasions.

      Cons

      Despite the sheer volume of work we get through year on year, there is always something more we could be doing to improve our customer experience. A con in the sense that we are never done, but a positive in terms of culture and desire to do our very best.
