They just let you deal with it yourself or rely on the team lead who control the workload and who actually is the trouble creator . - they have no knowledge of what's going on at the working place where you work at the customer site . - their heath benefits is very poor with a lot of restriction with high premium and co-pays, and extremely high out-of- pocket, no company-paid STD and LTD-- you have to pay your own. - Not much PTO and holidays. They want you just work and work, no care about your well-beings. - NO HR department so they reply on their multiple hired 3rd-party organizations handling payroll and benefits, slow and erroneous. - Their HR tools such as timecard/expense reports are horribly user-unfriendly, the only staff who can help with timecard and expenses is unfriendly and often ignores your questions regarding those. - No tuition reimbursement - Not trustworthy company. - No care about culture and values
