Pros

RedGuard is a great company to work for, especially if you are looking for a dynamic company with lots of potential to grow. I am not one of those individuals who would be okay working for a company that doesn't believe in change and doesn't see the value of their employees. At RedGuard the work-life balance is great as even though it is a large company it still maintains the family business feel where the CEO knows everyone's name and takes time out to talk to anyone. They really value their employees and see them as an asset versus just another number.

Cons

With every great company there are always pros and cons. I think the biggest con is that we grew so rapidly that we now have employees scattered in various offices instead of a central facility. While this is not a huge problem I believe it is one that is preventing some continuity among the company.
