RedPoint Advertising runs it's business different than other advertising agencies. By rewarding ALL employees with bonuses for each secessful campaign.

Zero..... This is truly a great comany. This is the best job I've ever had.

RedPoint Advertising really cares about their employees. The CEO's philosophy is if the employees are taking care of, they will take care of the clients. I agree 100%.

Cons

The company is growing fast. They need to hire few more people to help out in the growth process.
