      Pros

      Employees gain significant experience while working at Refresh Computers , including technical knowledge in IT field, customer service, sales, teamwork, and time-management skills. The manager is exceptional and he maintains a cordial relationship with the employees.

      Cons

      It can be challenging due to seasonal sales peaks.

      Great tools and smart technicians that can guide you through stuff you don't know Management is wonderful Co-Workers are all easy to work with

      More sales focused than computer repair Dispatches can be tricky

      Pros

      Very friendly yet appropriately structured working environment. Transparency and communication amongst supervisors and higher management are good. Job security is much better compared to many other larger organizations. Company has recently incorporated benefit options and PTO for senior employees.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities in the organization are somewhat limited. Miscommunications between different departments can sometimes have a detrimental impact on the performance of job functions. Starting pay was a bit on the lower side but still competitive with equivalent position offerings in the region.
