Pros

Hybrid schedule, very helpful coworkers, excellent managing partners and office managers and firm administrator is absolutely wonderful.

Cons

I am sitting here trying to think of some and I can’t. The only thing I don’t really love is the office being downtown and when special events go on and traffic. As to the job and job duties and over all place- I don’t have cons.

I've worked at several firms in the Columbus area and Reminger has been one of the most comfortable places I've worked. I feel valued as an employee and the attorneys do not make me feel as if I'm beneath them. Insurance premiums are covered, parking reimbursement, and a hybrid work environment are all nice perks as well.

Cons

Salary is lower than some places I've worked, but the environment makes the cut worth it.
