Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We know there’s always room to improve, yet it’s great to hear from people who feel valued and heard. We hope our “Open Door” management policy helps us make this a great place to work.

Pros

Flexible and understanding, always communicates effectively and never keeps me in the dark on my performance. Everything is crystal clear. I worked at a workplace for 16 years and I was never seen for my true worth and took advantage of me. I have only worked at Responsive Auto for 2 years and my work is seen and my worth and I have guidance at every step. I always know where I stand and the Executives know my name where as my other workplace I was just an employee. Here I am family. I am super happy here at Respoonsive.

Cons

I have no cons to report.

Thank you for the great feedback! I’m happy to hear you’ve found a family within Responsive and feel that your work is valued (because it is!). As one of the leaders, I can tell you that we’re always striving to get better. Lately, I’ve been scheduling individual and small group meetings in order to get to know as many employees as possible. Check my math, but I believe I have met individually with almost every Claims employee within the past 45 days. That said, my job is never done—please share any suggestions for how we can continue to improve. It’s an open-door policy, so you can email, talk to HR, or just schedule time on my calendar (stopping by my office can work, too!). Thanks again, and I hope you continue to feel good about coming to work each day and being part of the Responsive community. I’ll add one more comment. I suspect that, if you like working here this much, you are probably also helping to make our business the type of place that others find to be a family environment as well. Not only do I thank you, I am sure that our customers and agents appreciate your hard work as well.

Thanks for your comments, and I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying your role as a claims adjuster. As the Operating Officer, I can tell you that some of the best feedback we get comes from our current employees, so please talk to your manager if you see areas where we can improve–in Claims or within the company overall. While we’re always trying to make good on our mission of raising the bar for service in auto insurance, we know we can’t do it without a willingness to respond to what our employees tell us. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review.
